Our client’s wish list included replacing and extending decks on farmhouse, creating a large outdoor living area, adding a salt water swimming pool, and a native inspired planting plan for the bees they keep.
This homeowner prefers modern architecture and design, but wanted to compliment the architecture of their 200 year-old yellow-brick farmhouse rather than contrast it.
Our goal with this project was to include every item from their wish list to create a living space that feels cozy despite the wide open vista of their property. We also worked within their aesthetic and kept it all connected and cohesive. We worked with a pool installer and were responsible for overall design and direction, and install of hardscape and softscape elements.
