Set at the base of Blue Mountain, this landscape was designed to embrace the active, outdoor lifestyle that defines our region. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a seamless extension of the home while providing all the comforts of an indoor living space.
A low-maintenance composite deck creates a natural transition from the interior of the home to the outdoor entertaining areas. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen in one direction, and a dedicated hot tub pad to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking in the other.
At the heart of the design is a custom timber pavilion that defines a true outdoor living room. Providing shade and privacy and outfitted with electrical to power a mounted television for game days, and ceiling fans with integrated lighting to keep the space comfortable on hot summer afternoons and during warm evening gatherings.
To soften the hardscape, we planted garden beds that balance structure with natural beauty. A decorative river rock stream provides both visual interest and practical drainage, ensuring the landscape performs as beautifully as it looks.
