We maximized every inch of this in-town property to create an outdoor living area that proves you don’t need acres of land to enjoy a resort-style retreat at home.
This intricate landscape design features a sleek fibreglass pool, a relaxing hot tub and an outdoor shower. A custom-built cabana seamlessly integrated into the back of the garage creates storage and utility space while maximizing yard space. Thoughtfully placed seating areas invite conversation, outdoor dining, and relaxation by the pool. Finally, low-maintenance planting softens the extensive hardscape and ties the whole space together with natural texture and colour.
To achieve a key goal of creating direct access to the outdoors from the primary bedroom, we installed a new exterior door leading from the bedroom onto the raised deck. Every detail was carefully finished, from the interior flooring, drywall, and trim to the exterior siding and weather-tight trim, ensuring a polished result inside and out.
